You have the right to:
- access to your data and to receive a copy of your data;
- rectify(correct) your data
- remove your data: if, in your opinion, there is no reason why we should process your data, you can request that we delete it.
- limit the processing: you can request that we limit processing your personal data only to storing it or performing actions agreed
with you if in your opinion we have incorrect data concerning you or we process it in an unjustified way, or if you do not want us to remove it because it is needed to determine, pursue or defend against claims; or for the time of the objection lodged by you and concerning data processing.
- object to the processing:
- you have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing; if you take advantage of this right – we will stop processing your data in this respect,
- 2) you have the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of legally justified interest for other purposes than direct marketing; in such case you must indicate to us your specific situation which, in your opinion, substantiates your request that your data should not be processed; we will stop processing your data for such purposes, unless we prove that the basis for processing your data by us prevails your rights or that your data is necessary to establish, pursue or defend against claims.
- transfer data: You have the right to receive from us in the structured, commonly used format that can be read mechanically, your personal data
which you provided; you can commission us to send such data directly to another entity.
- complain to the supervisory organ:if you believe that we process your data in an unlawful way, you can file a complaint to the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office or to another relevant supervisory body.
