Information on processing your personal data

We hereby inform that we are processing your personal data. For details, please read the information below.

1. Personal Data Administrator

We – Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno Handlowo Usługowe „CENTRUM” Spółka z o.o. [Production Trade and Service Company “CENTRUM” limited liability company], with registered office in Nowy Sącz, ul. Batorego 81, entered into the register of enterprises of the National Court Register (KRS) by District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Economic Division of KRS under number 0000057569, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7341009661 and REGON (National Business Register Number): 49053684400000 are the administrator of your personal data.

2. Data Protection Inspector

In matters concerning protection of your personal data and execution of your rights you can contact the Data Protection Inspector appointed by us:

3. The need for providing data

Your provision of data is necessary to execute the contract binding us.

4. The purpose and foundations of data processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • in order to execute and on the basis of the contract concluded between us (legal foundation: article 6 section 1 letter b RODO1)
  • in order to fulfill our legal obligation connected with accounting and tax duties (legal foundation: Article 6 section 1 letter c RODO)
  • in order to control and optimize business processes conducted by us, which is our legally justified interests (legal foundation: Article 6 section 1 letter f RODO)
  • for record (evidence) purposes to secure information in case it is legally needed to prove the facts, which is our legally justified interest (legal foundation: Article 6 section 1 letter f RODO)
  • in order to potentially determine, pursue or defend against claims, which is our legally justified interest (legal foundation: Article 6 section 1 letter f RODO)
  • in order to offer you our products and services directly (direct marketing), which is our legally justified interest (legal foundation: Article 6 section 1 letter f RODO)

5. Categories of data we process

We will process the following categories of your data:

  • name and surname
  • NIP (Tax Identification Number)
  • REGON (National Business Register Number)
  • address of your business activity
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • bank account number
  • history of your orders
  • identification data of people who help you run your business

6. Data recipients

We can give access to your personal data to the following persons:

  • our subcontractors – IT companies which ensure our information systems work, carriers who deliver orders
    commissioned by us, entities operating as intermediaries in the trade conducted by us,
  • accounting and auditing companies which may have a look into financial documentation of our company for control purposes and in order to help us optimize business
    processes,
  • government bodies – as long as they have legal basis for requesting us to provide them with your personal data,
  • law companies, loss adjusters – if it turns out necessary to analyze the documentation related to you and to determine, pursue
    or defend against claims.

7. Passing data to third countries or international organizations

Our staff use phones with operating systems of Android and iOS, therefore your data and your staff data (name and surname and phone number) might be recorded on servers of Google and Apple companies located outside the European Economic Area.

8. Period of storing data

Your data obtained in connection with concluding the contract shall be processed for the period of 5 years beginning from the end of the year in which tax on the executed contract was due, that is until the time of limitation of tax claims.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  1. access to your data and to receive a copy of your data;
    1. rectify(correct) your data
    2. remove your data: if, in your opinion, there is no reason why we should process your data, you can request that we delete it.
  2. limit the processing: you can request that we limit processing your personal data only to storing it or performing actions agreed
    with you if in your opinion we have incorrect data concerning you or we process it in an unjustified way, or if you do not want us to remove it because it is needed to determine, pursue or defend against claims; or for the time of the objection lodged by you and concerning data processing.
  3. object to the processing:
    1. you have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing; if you take advantage of this right – we will stop processing your data in this respect,
    2. 2) you have the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of legally justified interest for other purposes than direct marketing; in such case you must indicate to us your specific situation which, in your opinion, substantiates your request that your data should not be processed; we will stop processing your data for such purposes, unless we prove that the basis for processing your data by us prevails your rights or that your data is necessary to establish, pursue or defend against claims.
  4. transfer data: You have the right to receive from us in the structured, commonly used format that can be read mechanically, your personal data
    which you provided; you can commission us to send such data directly to another entity.
  5. complain to the supervisory organ:if you believe that we process your data in an unlawful way, you can file a complaint to the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office or to another relevant supervisory body.
